Friday, Saturday, Sunday I’m working as a sale personal. during the week, I’m studying , going to the Gym hanging out with mt friend and my sister,… whatever you think 😉

please answer to those question in 2 seprate paragraph

You are going away for one full week. During this time, someone is going to take over your entire life:

  • They will be going to school for you, completing all of your required assignments and taking your exams for you.
  • They will be going to work for you, and you will be held accountable for them completing all your work assignments and performing all the functions of your job.
  • They will be taking over all of your extracurricular, volunteer, and family responsibilities
  • They will be running your household

Select a specific person who will be taking over your life for one week. You may select any week during Spring 3019 semester to go away.

  1. Create a comprehensive Training Plan for your selected person. This plan will ensure that all your responsibilities are completed to your expectations. Customize your training plan to the specific person you have selected to take over your life. Be certain to utilize concepts from the text to create your plan.
  1. What did you learn about training and employee development from this experience?

most of the work is all compiled and complete in the attatchments be sure its atleast 10 pages and read below

Compile all previous sections on your observations into a a 10-12 page paper about Officer Smith and how you are going to handle her to help her get that detective job she really wants. Your paper will include an APA formatted title page, 10-12 pages of narrative and a reference page. Be sure to add an introduction and conclusion tying your thoughts together.

fix this part of the paper below

Good paper Jackie, however, a sergeant is a much higher rank than a detective. As I said in one lecture, a detective is not really a promotion as a detective is the same as a patrol officer. A detective is not a supervisor – a Sergeant is a supervisor. Also, I see no in-text citations in paragraphs which are a requirement.

create a webpage with three photos

Create a webpage for the University that displays photos of 3 professors/students.

On the page there should be 3 photos of different professors/students. When any photo is clicked. The person’s information should appear in the main part of the page. The information should be as follows:

Name: The clicked person’s name

Status: Year at the school /position

Email: Their university Email address

When photo 2 or 3 is clicked, this information should change. All this should happen WITHOUT reloading the webpage (use Javascript). I’m not concerned with the style/layout as long as it meets these requirements.

IRAC Method

To analyze a case successfully, one must identify the issue as well as the rule of law that applies to that issue. In Appendix A under “Legal Analysis and Reasoning,” the book identifies the IRAC method of case analysis. IRAC stands for Issue, Rule (of law), Application, and Conclusion. Here are the basic steps of an IRAC analysis:

  1. Identify the issue.
  2. Determine the rule of law.
  3. Apply the rule of law.
  4. Draw a conclusion.

Here are a couple of videos explaining the IRAC Method:

The case:

Plaintiff Jane moved from Big City to the southern suburbs. She purchased a house on five acres of land. She realized that she had to get used to country living. She missed all of Big City’s everyday conveniences. However, she vowed never to leave her new home and enjoyed the tremendous peace and quiet of the burbs. She was especially looking forward to using her well-water system of what she thought was the biggest plus, fresh groundwater. Before she moved in, she installed a top of the line filtration system. Little did she know that Big City’s now filled to capacity landfill was located about a mile from her new house. One day while preparing to make a pitcher of fresh lemonade, she noticed something floating in the water. Thinking it was something that fell in the pitcher; she poured out the water and refilled it with fresh water. Carefully examining the pitcher, she noticed that there was a lot more floating the pitcher. Thinking it maybe was a result of her new filtration system, she called the company to test the system. The company indicated that it checked the system and it was working properly. The company indicated that she was not the only one to have this complaint in the last month or so. The water filter company indicated that they believed contaminates are leaching from the landfill into the freshwater aquifer. With the water filter company’s report in hand, Jane drives into Big City to discuss the situation with her lawyer. She contends she should be able to sue under the Federal environmental laws regarding groundwater contamination. What is the initial requirement she must determine?

anchoring change

Post a cohesive response based on your analysis of the Learning Resources and your professional experience. Be sure to discuss the following:

  • Analyze Kotter’s argument that, “culture changes only after you have successfully altered people’s actions, after the new behavior produces some group benefit for a period of time, and after people see the connections between the new action and the performance improvement.” (Kotter, 2012, p. 164–65)
    • Compare your organization after your change has successfully been implemented to before the implementation.
    • What are the forces that might push your organization or community back toward the former status quo, and how do you overcome them? What are the dangers of trying to move forward too rapidly?
  • Break down the consequences of not anchoring change within the culture. Outline how you can work to ensure your plan is anchored within the culture and not affected by these consequences.
  • Culture change is a result of transformational change. Analyze the levels of culture as discussed in the Learning Resources.
    • Identify the levels of culture that are most important to shift in a transformational change. Explain your reasoning.
    • Examine how the levels of culture help shape your change plan and ensure you are anchoring change within the culture.

compensation evaluation 9

You were hired to work as a HR consultant for a small local hospital, with the task of expanding the workforce of certified medical assistants. Looking at the current three employees, you find a discrepancy in compensation between Susi, a 2-year employee at $28,000; Tom, 5-year employee at $27,000; and Raul, a 10-year employee at $33,000. All are employed as certified medical assistants, yet they all earn different salaries. According to survey data, all three employees are below the market rate for this job in the local job market. All three employees are also exemplary employees with near perfect scores in their most recent performance evaluation.

Sustainability, Social Impact, and the Bottom Line

  • What was the name of the company and what did you purchase?

The company is called Origin. The name of the product that I purchased is the “Origin Best BPA-Free Borosilicate Glass Water Bottle with Protective Silicone Sleeve and Bamboo Lid. The item is Dishwasher Safe and BPA, BPS, PVC, Lead and Cadmium free. They won’t leach chemicals similar to plastic, won’t grow bacteria in its scratches, or rust like metal. Medical grade borosilicate glass expands and contract very little in extreme temps – preventing cracking in extreme hot or cold. Also, these fashionable glass water bottles are perfect for juices, sodas, water and sport supplements. Origin believes that joy should be shared to those who are less fortunate. Origin has partnered with a non-profit that drills water wells at village schools in rural Ghana.

  • Why did you choose to purchase that particular product or service?

I chose this product because I am have been making a conscious effort to not use plastic water bottles anymore. I heard about this brand from a friend and I love the bottle because it is forever reusable, recyclable, sustainable and soft on the environment. The leak proof lids have food grade silicone O-rings so no liquid touches plastic and leaches no chemical taste. They are stain-resistant and won’t retain any flavors or colors from powders or juice.

  • Did the company’s position on sustainability or social impact influence your purchase decision?

Yes! Origin gives 2% of revenue to non-profit water well drilling in rural Ghana to address the most persistent needs of those living in extreme poverty. Purchases helps save lives through clean water which I love to support.

  • Compared to its competitors in the industry, how was the product priced?

In compared to other brands, their pricing is priced fairly. Pricing starts at $15.99 and goes up to $25.99 depending on the size of water bottle purchased.

  • Would you purchase the product in the future? Why or why not?

Yes! I think it has been a great addition to my daily life and it is nice to know that I helping to give back to those in need. I will give these to a few friends as gifts and would recommend to anyone looking for a sustainable glass water bottle.

  • How is this company performing in their sector? Are they able to compete and stay true to their Mission?

I believe they are preforming what they said they would do. When doing research about the company, I learned that they truly take their grantmaking very seriously. They recently visited Ghana to vet Empower Playgrounds because their purpose aligns with Origin’s. Clean water is essential to surviving in the extremes, education is the key to finding a pathway out of poverty, and greater hygiene enables females and children to achieve more.
