This is for a capstone project so I need someone that writes well, is a native English speaker, and is an expert in the business field. Bad grammar, bad writing that does not make sense or answer the questions required in the guidelines will not be paid. Plagiarism will also result in a refund request.
In the Euro Disneyland case study, many of the issues Disney had from the start related to cultural differences between the United States and France. Using the Business Problem Solving Model outlined this week in the course content and video, how would you make the following decisions?
Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:
-Be 4-5 pages in length
-APA style
– At least four scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles.
please follow the grading rubric (Attached)
Format:
Responses should be about 400-500 words. They do not have to be very formal (e.g., you can use “Iâ€), but they should be in paragraphs that relate to one another. You do not need to use time codes for citing examples from the film texts; simply state something like “in the scene in which…†to orient the reader.
Content:
You do not have to do external research for the weekly responses, although you are welcome to incorporate required readings or any other materials. In either case, you must adhere to the regulations of academic integrity. If you consult any source other than the film, you must cite it in a bibliography, and your writing must make clear how you used this source. If you used it for background only, simply state that on the bibliography. You also do not have to mention Tuesday class materials (as you are welcome to view the films before Tuesday classes), but you can do so if you want to.
You should answer one of the following questions (although you may discuss topics that are tangentially related to the question if you find them interesting). You can answer the same question in two responses, but you should not answer the same one for all three.
1. Identify two or three key aesthetic elements of the film (aspects of sound, mise-enscène, cinematography, editing, or narrative structure). First, describe the element(s) as precisely as you can. Use technical terms if you know them, and if you don’t, simply be as precise with your adjectives as you can be. Second, state how the aesthetics affect the story. For example, the same story may have quite a different impact in a slow-paced film than in a fast-paced film.
4. What kind of an audience does the film appear to have been made for? For example, does it seem to be accessible to an international audience, or does it make assumptions that the audience will have certain, specific cultural or historical knowledge? Does it speak to all ages, or is it addressed specifically to adults? Does it address an audience with a lot of institutionalized education, or a less formally educated audience? Give evidence of specific moments in the film or specific aspects of the film.
Film name is Wadjda and it is rentable on YouTube for $4 and iTunes for $5
Length: ~800 words (1.5 spacing)
The issue of medical assistance in dying (MAID, aka physician-assisted dying) has been in the news in Canada for decades, culminating in the passing into law of Bill C-14 in June 2016. For this assignment you will read up on the issue and relevant parliamentary decisions, and write a position paper explaining what MAID is and giving your own opinion on where you stand on the assisted-end-of-life question.
Procedure: 1. Research: Educate yourself on the background and issues surrounding the debate and the current legal status of Medical Assistance in Dying in Canada and Nova Scotia. A good place to start is Dalhousie’s Health Law Institute’s website for End-of-Life Law & Policy in Canada: http://eol.law.dal.ca/?page_id=236 . You may also look up news stories by professional journalists on quality Canadian news websites such as the Globe and Mail, CBC News, Maclean’s, National Post, etc. Your sources don’t have to be “academic†ones, but avoid popular news sites like MSN, CNN, Huffington Post, etc.
2. (Part 1) Write a short summary of what the legal situation is today in Canada concerning end-of-life assistance, and the eligibility criteria for having a medically assisted death.
3. (Part 2) Write an explanation of some of the positions/views both for and against doctorassisted death. What are some of the ethical issues for society of this bill? Why did the Government of Canada invite Canadians to participate in an online public survey on MAID in January 2020?
4. (Part 3) Think through your own thoughts and opinions on where you stand on the issue and why. Do you agree with it? Why or why not? Do you think the bill goes too far, or not far enough? Why? Write this up.
5. Include a bibliography of sources used, and use in-text citations or footnotes throughout. You may use either MLA or APA format.
Marks will be given based on evidence that you can clearly:
• Explain, in your own words, what the issue is, its background and current legal status in Canada, based on your own research of quality sources (Part 1) 5 marks
• Explain both the ‘for’ and ‘against’ positions and the ethical and societal implications of the issue (Part 2) 6 marks
• Articulate your own views on the topic, explaining the reasons for your opinions (Part 3) 6 marks
• Write a well-structured paper without spelling or grammatical errors, and with properly formatted in-text citations or footnotes, plus bibliography 3 marks

Gender Roles Discussion 1 Reply Joni (Teacher):
Justin,
I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the impact of these gender gaps in mental health and the campaigns that have taken root to combat these gender gaps. Much of the gender gap can be attributed to stereotypes within the healthcare field, including the mental health field. Share with us three of the most common stereotypes and what can be done to reverse or rid our society of these stereotypes.

Gender Roles Discussion 1 Reply Selene:
After reading this week’s article I’ve learned that the quality of health care provided are impacted by gender roles. According to Feldman, “gender roles are the set of expectations, defined by a particular society, that indicate was is appropriate behavior for men and women” (2017, pg. 329). Unfortunately, many times male patients are given better or more comprehensive care than patients who are females as female patients’ symptoms are often times misinterpreted to a non life threatening disease such as anxiety or depression. Female patients are not given the same comprehensive care as men to determine the severity of their symptoms, they are instead being biased. Like their patients, doctors remain slower to act when symptoms don’t conform to the “classic” model (Dusenbery, 2015). There are many obstacles that exist in closing gender gaps, according to Dusenbery, “lack of access preventative care, the gender bias in medical research and education, and the psychologization of women’s ailments” (2015, para. 19), are some of those obstacles that exist. To close these gender gaps in health care, everyone in society and in the health care field need to be educated on different symptoms and diseases that exist in both genders. Also, health care providers need to think outside of the text book and the what is common and do more comprehensive testing to find the correct underlying disease.

Nature or Nurture Discussion 2 Reply Joni (Teacher):
Justin,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this and using your personal experience to illustrate your point. What impact do you think that nature/nurture plays on personality such as being shy or an extrovert, hard worker or lazy, or even neat versus disorganized? Share a few examples to illustrate your point.
Explain.
Joni
Nature or Nurture Discussion 2 Reply Sarah:
Nature refers to all of the genes and hereditary factors that influence who we are, from our physical appearance to our personality characteristics while Nurture refers to all the environmental variables that impact who we are, including our early childhood experiences, how we were raised, our social relationships, and our surrounding culture. I do believe that both nurture and nature have a very impact on development. However, I lean more towards nurture. The things we experience growing up tend to shape who we become compared to who we are naturally. When I was younger, I saw my mother do a lot of cleaning and she always emphasized that my siblings and I keep the house really clean and organized. Today I am all about cleanliness and organization simply because I grew up seeing that in my mum.
