edit my final paper

Good first draft. Great references.

1- Make sure your formatting and page breaks look OK.

2- Check capitalization and spelling.

3- Check punctuations.

4- I would suggest adding a conclusion.

I hope this helps. Thanks

SOME NOTES FROM THE WRITING CENTER:

I added an example from the writing center: INTEXT CITATION.

1- Sources with more than 3 authors are cited as follows. In the case of this source (Uppal et al., 2013) Citations do not include the first or middle initial of the authors. Make sure that you work through all your citations and remove the first initials from the author.

Uppal, A., Evans, L., Chitkara, N., Patrawalla, P., Mooney, M. A., Addrizzo-Harris, D., … & Tsay, J. C. 2013

2- APA style requires that your reference page be alphabetized beginning with the source the author of which (whether the author is a person or a group) has the first alphabetical name and ending with the last. Make sure you reorganize the reference list so they are alphabetical

The only portion of a reference entry that should be italicized is the title of a book or journal. Article titles are not italicized

ADM (A Different Mirror) Reflection Reports

ADM CHAPTERS: 12-13

A report comprised of responses to the questions below is due at the end of each week of the term through week 8, and must be no longer than one-and-a-half single-spaced, type-written pages; be concise. Do not summarize. Instead, comment on the materials read in ADM. Express your thoughts, questions, and concerns about the material read. Limit lengthy direct quotes; try to convey the material in your own words. Each reading assignment covers more than one chapter, so respond to events/issues from all chapters read. Do not focus on a single chapter to the exclusion of others. Synthesize information from readings to demonstrate familiarity with the material. Each report reflects on a single week’s readings; you do not have to reflect on readings from a previous week unless it is relevant to comments pertaining to the week at hand. Reports will also serve as reference notes you should consult throughout the term for discussion ideas and to complete other assignments. Demonstrate an ability to think critically in your report.

Each week respond to either prompt #1 or #2; not both. Indicate your response by number only; avoid repeating the prompt. (6 pts.)

  1. Report how the information read impacts your awareness of the subjects; that is, did you acquire more details about something with which you are familiar, or is it new information? Provide illustrative examples.
  2. In what ways did the readings change your thinking about the subjects and issues addressed? Again, provide illustrative examples

I have attached the supporting articles for the paper. When in comparision please be specific to the article you’re comparing to. (He’s super annoying and picky) After accepting the question I will give you access to the book.

Each week respond to question #3 below (in addition to one of the above). Again, indicate your response by number only; avoid repeating the question. (9 pts.)

  1. How do key concepts and theoretical ideas presented through lecture, videos, and required supplemental readings posted in D2L, relate/connect to the events and issues read in chapters of ADM? Here you must also demonstrate comprehension of key concepts and theoretical ideas presented.

Each report should contain two responses: #1 or #2, and #3. Up to 15 points may be earned for each report. Evaluation of the report will be based on how:

  1. responses to #3 must correctly apply key concepts and theoretical ideas introduced in L/D where relevant and demonstrate comprehension via brief explanation or example
  2. synthesize information derived from ADM (in #1 and #2) and relate it to other course materials covered during the week (in #3)
  3. express concisely how course materials impact your thinking; reinforcing old beliefs or generating new ones (all prompts).

peer feedback responses

Please choose 3 students to respond to and include 1 source in each response. Responses should be at 200 words. Login information is below. Please do not respond to Jasmine Anderson as that is me. Also submit your responses on the portal instead of sending them back to me in a document as it is easier.

750 word statistical report

  1. t:
Write a 750-word statistical report that includes the following sections:

    • Section 1: Scope and descriptive statistics
    • Section 2: Analysis
    • Section 3: Recommendations and Implementation

Section 1 – Scope and descriptive statistics

    • State the report’s objective.
    • Discuss the nature of the current database. What variables were analyzed?
    • Summarize your descriptive statistics findings from Excel. Use a table and insert appropriate graphs.

    Section 2 – Analysis

    • Using Excel, create scatter plots and display the regression equations for the following pairs of variables:
    • “BachDeg%” versus “Sales/SqFt”
    • “MedIncome” versus “Sales/SqFt”
    • “MedAge” versus “Sales/SqFt”
    • “LoyaltyCard(%)” versus “SalesGrowth(%)”
    • In your report, include the scatter plots. For each scatter plot, designate the type of relationship observed (increasing/positive, decreasing/negative, or no relationship) and determine what you can conclude from these relationships.

    Section 3: Recommendations and implementation

    • Based on your findings above, assess which expansion criteria seem to be more effective.Could any expansion criterion be changed or eliminated? If so, which one and why?
    • Based on your findings above, does it appear as if the Loyalty Card is positively correlated with sales growth? Would you recommend changing this marketing strategy?
    • Based on your previous findings, recommend marketing positioning that targets a specific demographic. (Hint: Are younger people patronizing the restaurants more than older people?)
    • Indicate what information should be collected to track and evaluate the effectiveness of your recommendations. How can this data be collected? (Hint: Would you use survey/samples or census?)

Cite references to support your assignment.
