Please watch linked video about Philanthrocapitalism and write two pages analyzing with a bit of summery. You could skim through the video and just expand on the main parts. You do not have to talk about the whole video just some key points that are interesting. Summary is allowed but use bits of analysis in the two pages. No formatting expect double space, Times new roman, and 12 font required. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-WuwYJN7FI

What are three specific actions that health professionals can take regardless of their practice area and site to promote population and community health policies? Provide a specific example of how the rapid advances in technology and health system reform affect population health. How will you specifically update your knowledge and skills to respond to these changes?
Population and community health encompasses a wide range of topics. Some examples of popular topics includes age-related healthcare, tobacco and substance abuse, mental and behavioral health, and infectious diseases (“Top 10 Most Common Health Issues”, 2020). Health professionals can take specific actions, regardless of their area of focus, to promote population and community health policies. Those actions include: Identifying factors affecting health, such as geography, education, employment, local industries, transportation, and housing; Gaining access to health-related resources through programs, local community health centers, and social services programs; and improving health outcomes by identifying potential legislative opportunities, seeking financial opportunities, and involving community leaders in support of such programs (Guzys et al., 2017).
Rapid advances in technology and health system reform affect population health. Nursing workforce projections for the next decade forecast an unprecedented need for nurses to expand their roles in primary care (Institute of Medicine-IOM, 2010). The need for BSN-prepared nurses to care for rural and underserved persons in interprofessional, integrated primary care teams is well known (American Nurses Association, 2018, Japsen, 2015). National data documents increases in persons with chronic diseases and complex health care needs in community settings with limited access to care (Bodenheimer et al., 2017). Access to care is especially critical for the over 43 million persons with a mental health diagnosis in the United States—of whom more than half receive no care whatsoever (Mental Health America, 2018). In the past year, over 20 million adults in the United States had a substance use disorder and 7.9 million had both a mental health and a co-occurring substance use disorder (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-SAMHSA, 2014).
One factor on the horizon on public health is that of transgender identity. There are significant disparities in this subpopulation that need to be addressed in future community healthcare initiatives. Those disparities include greater behavioral and socioeconomic differences, more exposure to infectious diseases like HIV, generalized poor health (Lagos et al., 2018).
I will continue to update my skills and knowledge in the area of community and public health by submitting to a journal geared towards the topic of public health; following current public health legislation on the local, state, and national levels; and continuing to work in the public and community health capacity in which I currently serve.

Question- DISCUSSION REPLY- SEE RUBRIC
Your contributions in this step should not only contain information about whether you agree, are unsure, or you disagree with your classmates’ response to their question. You also need to raise questions that extend the discussion and offer your perspective on the points made by other participants.
Answer the following questions;
1. In your own word and using the appropriate evidence-based references define family and describe the different types of family.
2. Identify characteristics of the family that have implications for community health nursing practice.
3. Discuss a model of care for families.
4. Describe strategies for moving from intervention at the family level to intervention at the aggregate level.
APA format word document, Arial 12 font. A minimum of 2 evidence-based references besides the class textbook must be used. A minimum of 700 words is required.
Assignment will be turned in through the database turnitin please no plagiarism not even from another students paper.
Current Event:
The news article must be about an event that has taken place within the past six months. The current event should be at least one page long, double spaced and prepared in the APA style with cites on a separate page. The content should be based on a global criminal justice event. Look at the Attached document, and use it to address the following questions:
When answering these, think about using full paragraphs, and quoting passages from the argument that comes to mind that help support your explanations.
The Reader Response will be graded by a simple rubric you can see here, and must be done by the time we review the piece in class. Consider how you might use the Reader Responses to advance your work on the papers we’re working on.
This is in a Discussion forum, and other can respond to what you write, but having the exchange of ideas in here is not required.
To complete this assignment you will need to go back to the Policy Speech discussion board and watch your 4 assigned speeches then write up a peer evaluation (criteria below) for each to submit here. I recommend taking notes while you watch and then transcribing your notes into a word (or similar) document to submit. Save and submit separate documents for each person, naming each file the speakers’s first name (so if you are evaluating Bob, Sue, and Ming then name the files Bob.docx, Sue.docx, and Ming.docx). That way I’ll be able to download them all and re-upload them to the recipient more easier (and get them back to you more quickly!). When I give you my speech feedback, I will also pass on each peer eval so you can read each other’s comments/suggestions. Refer back to the Evaluating speeches assignment description for evaluation criteria if necessary. There is a sample
in the files section in canvas.
You will need to do all parts for all 4 speakers (1pt/evaluation)! Make sure to use the template and submit each eval as a separate file so I can get them out to everyone quickly!
3. Explain to the management team and your project team how you have determined the budget associated with project costs. How are costs aggregated? How would you explain determining cash flow for separate activities? Be specific with your responses.
4. Discuss at least three (3) ways the project manager is able to identify possible project risks.
5. Four (4) quality academic (peer-reviewed) resources in this assignment.
NO PLAGIARISM. ALL REFERENCES MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND CORRECTLY CITED.
Your assignment must:
Choose any 2 activities from the lesson that helped you to learn or understand the concepts, ideas or information addressed in this lesson chapters (chapter 6 & chapter 7). List the Lesson and then activity title and explain the concept it covered. Then explain specifically how it enhanced your understanding. You must write two paragraphs for each activity, one about the content and one about your learning.

Lesson 1 Activity 1A: The Levels of Life Card Game (1.1)
http://web01.cabeard.k12.in.us/science/Bio2/bc_campbell_concepts_5/0,11761,4089398-,00.html
Content- This game covered the concepts of the hierarchy of life from cells to ecosystem. This is the idea of classifying systems from lower to higher or maybe a better way to say it is from smallest to largest. It demonstrates how one entity fits into another. Sort of like those little stacking painted dolls that look like wooden eggs, or maybe a child’s toy. This activity shows the hierarchy of life and different levels build upon the others. Each screen shows different organisms and I click and drag to put them into the correct category. The game reviews the kingdom, phylum, class, order, genius, species of different organisms ie plants and animals and bacteria and protists and fungi
Learning- I have always been confused by populations and communities and this gave me a visual and hands on example to help me remember. I am a global learner and do not want to know the steps of a process until I get the broad overview. So this game provided me with the steps but also I could manipulate the “big picture” and still have all of the information in front of me in color and organized. I also like the option of clicking on a vocabulary term and getting the definition on the screen while I study. The concepts are not confusing, I just never really took the time to see the patterns. Plus I liked the pictures and colors to actually show the cells, etc. I could see the “small to large”. In future activities I will probably have more questions regarding the content and concepts.
