Once you learn how to create an audio visual presentation, you can send a link to a client or to a potential employer which allows them to hear your explanation of your visual presentation.

Fiduciary duties (as part of the real estate professional duties) are an essential component in governing your actions both with your client, the clients of others, and to unrepresented third parties. In a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation with audio, which includes the title and references slides, describe what these duties are and what duties you owe to clients and to others involved in a real estate transaction. Use three to four bulleted points per slide and place your notes below the slide in the notes section. Include at least three references from sources outside your reading in your slide presentation.

In the town of Smallville there are two real estate brokers. Broker Jones’ office is on the east side of town and broker Smith’s office is on the west side of town. Together these two brokers control all the real estate transactions in town excluding those done between private parties.

Lately, in an attempt to increase income and market share they have been having a listing war where each has been lowering their commissions to break into the others market. However, on this fine, sunny day, they find themselves on the town’s only golf course playing a round of golf.
