1. This week, you will be writing and and submitting your literary analysis essay. Be sure that you have reviewed your instructor’s feedback on the outline you prepared in Week 2 and have made changes to your outline accordingly.
   Assignment Requirements
   Using your outline as a reference, write (and revise) your essay. Your essay must be at least 1,000 words in length (do not count the title page or references page in your word count). Format your draft in APA style (see instructions above) and include the following elements:
   1. Title page,
   2. Introduction and thesis statement,
   3. Three fully developed body paragraphs with properly integrated and cited supporting quotes,
   4. Conclusion, and
   5. References page
   6. Submit your essay as a Microsoft Word attachment on the submission page (click title above). Do not type your essay into Blackboard using the “Text Submission” button; you must submit a file. Essays not submitted as Microsoft Word documents may be returned to you ungraded.

      
      There is a no-research policy in place for this class. Using any material other than the assigned readings and lectures, even if it is correctly quoted and cited, will result in a failing grade for this assignment. Contact your instructor if you have questions about this policy.

Search the web and try to find at least one other tutorial on production costs (marginal costs, variable costs, total costs, etc.) that you find useful for this module. This could be a tutorial, a video lesson, an online practice quiz, etc. Share the link with your classmates and explain what you found useful about it. As a follow-up to your first post, try using one of the tutorials that your classmates found and share your thoughts.

·       Explain the interrelationship between the theory, research, and EBP.

·       Identify and discuss the research questions, sampling and sampling size, research designs, hypothesis, data collection methods, and research findings from each study. 

·       Identify the goals, health outcomes, and implementation strategies in the healthcare setting (EBP) based on the articles.

·       Discuss the credibility of the sources and the research/researchers findings.

·       Minimum 5/maximum 7 page paper (the body of the paper), without the references, in APA format.

·       Minimum of 1 reference per page of the body of the paper (the course textbook must be one of the references), articles must be peer reviewed and must have been published within last 3-5 years.

Read the Chemical Safety Board’s case study, The Explosion at Concept Sciences: Hazards of Hydroxylamine, regarding the February, 1999 hydroxylamine explosion at the Concept Sciences facility in Pennsylvania. See attached case study. Then write a report that includes the following:

 

 summary of the incident,

 

 discussion of causal factors,

 

 discussion of how inadequate process safety information contributed to the incident, and

 

 recommendations for improvements to the process safety management program at the facility.

 

Your response should be a minimum of two pages in length, double-spaced. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations, and cited per APA guidelines.
