Instructions: Assume you are the packaging engineer for a large consumer products company. In this company, the Packaging Design Briefs are initiated by the marketing group and forwarded to the Package Engineering group. You currently are working on three packaging design briefs. Copies of these design briefs are attached. Note that the marketing department has completed some information on each brief and the Package Engineering department will complete the remaining information.

1. Choose one brief and complete the information on the brief. Using what you have learned in the class, complete the information needed on the design brief. Please include justification of your responses when requested. You are making judgment calls based on the information that you have been given and also based on what we have learned in the class.

In this discussion, you will examine how Bandura’s bobo doll experiment informed the development of social learning theory. You will also identify limitations in the design of the study. You might be surprised to learn that the study has limitations due to its important and sustaining contribution to the field of psychology. Keep in mind that while most researchers strive to design the best study they can, no study is perfect. This is why almost every journal article you read has a specific heading or section dedicated to study limitations.  Think about the variety of healthcare organizations, such as a long-term care facility, large for-profit hospital, physicians’ practice, VA hospital, or state-run clinic. Consider how budgeting would be influenced depending on an organization’s sources of funding. How do the purposes or uses of a budget vary according to the kind of healthcare organization it is (think nonprofit, for-profit, and governmental)?
