Designing interventions to serve communities is the heart of public  health practice. Community level models and frameworks suggest  strategies and initiatives that are planned and led by organizations and  infrastructures. Their mission is to promote and improve health  including, but not limited to, schools, worksites, healthcare  organizations, community groups, and government agencies. Public health  workers must work with these agencies and organizations to promote the  best practices for public health.

Using the readings for this module, the Internet, and the Argosy University online library resources, respond to one of the following questions:

• How does population or community-based health promotion differ from  traditional presentations provided by guest speakers in schools or  community events?

   Discuss the upward and downward communication channels you have experienced here at Ashford University. Identify any problems in organizational communication you have seen. Use this research assignment to start flushing out the various fidelities of your chosen simulation. In this activity, you will produce an original short research paper discussing the basic levels and types of fidelity of your research simulation { Note; I chose Microsoft flight Simulator} The information in this research paper can be incorporated into your draft Field Study and Evaluation. Be specific; research the levels and types of fidelity in your simulation and evaluate the fidelity, whether positive or detrimental.

The paper should be at least 500 words (excluding title page and references) and adhere to APA format. Examine the Research Activities Rubric to identify the qualities of an effective research paper. Your paper should have at least four references with 50% from scholarly works (e.g., peer-reviewed journals), and include a title page, body, and reference section. 

Your response should be no more than 3 pages using APA style (6th edition). Please ensure your name is on the essay.
