  1. Using the organization (or company) AAON selected in      Week 1, you will perform an Environmental Scan for your selected company.      Recommended Environmental Scanning methods include:
    • SWOT Analysis
    • PESTEL Analysis

Write a 750-word environmental analysis in which you include the following:

  • Describe how to create value and sustain competitive       advantage using the environmental scanning strategy.
  • Evaluate the company’s external environment       (political, sociocultural, economic, legal, ecological, technological).
  • Assess the company’s general environment (e.g.,       industry, market, trade area).
  • Evaluate the organization’s industry operating       environment (industry trends, competitors, new developments)
