Week 3 Worksheet: Core Listening Skills and Reflective Journals on Personal Biases and Virtual Practice

Do you remember a time when you felt heard and accepted by another, when the gift of time freely given and loving attention nourished your soul? This Week 3 Worksheet engages you in written rehearsal of the core verbal microskills, provides an activity for you to reflect upon your biases, as well as the opportunity to reflect upon any virtual practice that you experienced this week.
