Duties Include: Front desk reception, some insurance processing, assisting doctors in various areas, office organization & cleanliness, some internal office marketing & event coordination.
Assets: High-energy personality, flexible, self-starter, team-player, punctual, fast-learner, detailed & organized, great communication skills, desire to take ownership of role, willing to perform beyond expectations, proficient with computers; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher. Must also be familiar with managing Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Preference is given to those with natural-health-oriented way of thinking and/or prior experience in a chiropractic office. We are looking for a high-quality candidate for a long-term position with growth and bonus opportunities. REQUIRED: Reliable transportation and if you have children, reliable backup childcare. Hours: Average 30 hours per week, salary based,
Must be available Monday—Thursday AND 1 Saturday a month
Off every Friday and Sunday and most Saturdays except for 1 Saturday a month.
