Ensuring there is no corruption when it comes to medical matters is another goal KEMSA wants to achieve. This can be solved by telling the truth about any corruption one noticed in the agency. Accountability is another issue in KEMSA. Some of the issues include poor accountability mechanism, acute shortage of medicines in hospitals, slow service delivery, high level of corruption, and many others. The board should be responsible for monitoring the execution of the strategic plan. Senior leadership should be held accountable for executing a strategic plan since they must own the strategic plan. An employee who practices the following should be responsible for executing specific aspects of the strategic planning (Rozario and Issa 2020).
