The purpose of this project is to familiarize you with the culture and food habits of unfamiliar cultures through interviews with 2 recent immigrants (from 2 different countries) to the United States. You will discuss the immigrants’ food choices and preparation, behaviors, symbolism and traditional cultural celebrations or ceremonies.
