First Part:

Read the Managing your Own Business – Founder of a Software Company.Your post should two paragraphs long. You must leverage text book content (not just case content) to help your answer (Fayol and Weber principles). Don’t be succinct – take risks with your ideas and support them with examples.See attachment for the discussion information.

Second Part:

Respond the other student discussion. See attachment with the discussion. You can use this discussion as example too. The reply not need to be to long. Maybe one paragraph will be good.

Post two paragraphs (well written, complete) – 50%
