Discuss your experience using any of the seven basic tools of quality management, and discuss any challenges that you encountered while implementing them in one of your projects. Also, describe your opinion of the following statement: “Quality requires commitment from everyone.”

If you are not currently involved in a project or are new to project management, use the Waterloo case study and your selected scenario to address the questions. What challenges were encountered in the Waterloo case study in terms of quality management? What tools were used to address those challenges?
