HI, pls answer to each of of the following comments with a 75-100 words each.

thank you!

AMANDA,

One of the articles that I am using for my research paper comes from the International Journal of Caring Sciences. The citation style that this journal uses is the Harvard referencing system (IJCS, 2019). There are similarities and differences between the Harvard referencing system and APA. Like APA the Harvard referencing system papers are size 12-font, double-spaced, and have one-inch margins, and include a title page with the same requirements (IJCS, 2019). The in text citations are the same as well. The requirement is to put the last name of the author followed by the year (IJCS, 2019). When using the Harvard style it differs as the requirement for siting sources retrieved electronically by using Available from: versus Retrieved from: as used in APA (Iqbal, 2019). There are more similarities than differences between the two, however it is important to know and understand that there are differences. When attempting to publish research it is important to know what style the journal you want your work published in uses so that it can be done accurately.

The style I am choosing is the Harvard styles of citation. It is similar to that of APA style because it requires both in text citations and a list of bibliographical references. There are some similarities and differences between the Harvard referencing system and APA. APA and the Harvard referencing system papers size are 12-font, double-spaced, and have one-inch margins, and include a title page with the same requirements. The key difference between APA and Harvard referencing is; APA referencing style is mainly used to cite education, social and behavioural science related academic work, the references should be made in the body of the text in the subject material (in text) and in a separate list in alphabetical order at the end of the text. APA reference guide provides detailed information as to the way of citing from a number of sources such as journals, books, conference proceedings and websites. Whereas Harvard referencing style is mainly used for academic scientific writing. Harvard style was first widely used by Harvsrd University, it requires in text citation and a references list (Iqbal, A, 2019).
