Guidelines:

  1. Please turn in the P&L spreadsheet and the chart page for the basic business model (pre-subscriber) and 2) the results when you have implemented all the changes in question 2.
  2. In thinking about the answers to questions 1-3, consider quantitative metrics such as time to profitability, net income at EOY3, total investment required, and subscriber vs visitor page views and revenue. It might be worthwhile to create a table where you tabulate each of these metrics for each question 1 and 2(a)-(e).
  3. Also please write a paragraph or two in response to questions 1 and 3 In Word Doc.
