Using the 5 optimistic determinants of physical health, explain how spiritual bankruptcy and/or dormancy can be changed into spiritual hunger. ·         2.  Optimists catch fewer diseases than pessimists

·         3.  They have better health habits than pessimists do

·         4.  Our immune system may work better when we are optimistic

 

·         5.  Optimists live longer than pessimists
