What do you hope to learn in this course? For example, what are your writing strengths and weaknesses? What are you most concerned about for this course?

I have listed the objectives to help with what this course is about. Also can you please talk about my weaknesses being: not confident in my writing and that I have a lot to say but struggle with putting it on paper.

This course should enable students to:

1. Identify rhetorical tools of persuasion in writing and speech
2. Identify productive modes of communication for leadership
3. Describe the themes and worldviews of selected leaders, both historical and contemporary
4. Begin to apply rhetorical tools and modes of leadership communication in various media
