As you may recall from previous weeks, some researchers have research questions in mind and then search for the appropriate databases. Others develop the research questions after they have reviewed the existing databases. Each approach has different requirements for knowledge, time, and resources. Some may even use both approaches, because the research questions may evolve and change after the researcher has explored the data. Consider the strengths and limitations of each approach and how you may use them within future research projects.

Post your position on whether it is more important to devise your research question first and then match it with the appropriate secondary data or to develop your research question after reviewing secondary data. Provide one strength and one limitation to each approach. Support your response
