  3. Summarize current contract terms expiring on the last day of this month.
  4. Future negotiations; identify if there is any potential “trouble” in negotiations.
  5. Summarize demands of labor and management that will be part of the arbitration.
  6. A detailed overview of contract cost and labor demands were satisfied via arbitration.
