For this report, you are to brief the decision in Musick v. Goodyear Tire (Links to an external site.).

You shall be graded on your complete and proper explanations, proper case brief format, and language usage, all as noted below. The report must be no more than 1,000 words and is to be submitted in typed, double-spaced form. A report that does not follow this form will be deducted per the grading rubric.
4 elements that are essential to any useful brief are the following:
(a) Facts (name of the case and its parties, what happened factually and procedurally, and the judgment)
(b) Issues (what is in dispute)
(c) Holding (the applied rule of law)
(d) Rationale (reasons for the holding)
You can of course put more in but these 4 are a must.
