Using the knowledge gained from the Week 1 and Week 2 discussions on

budgets, the objective for this activity will be to define the needs of a

school building and analyze how a sample building budget meets those

needs. To do this you will obtain an actual building-level budget,

discuss the budget with a school or district administrator and reflect

upon both the process that was used to develop the budget and the degree

to which the actual budget meets the needs of the school.
