executive summary paper 2

I need an executive summary paper written that has to be in APA format of 750-1000 words on the initiative that I would like to present to the executive team at my hospital to improve patient care. I have included links for information on the topic I have chosen and also my week 2 discussion post #3 where we had to tell what we would be doing our project on. The links I have included are from my Boston Scientific Rep whose company is working on developing the disposable scope. He does not have specific pricing but thinks they may run around $2500 to $3000 US dollars per scope but this is dependent on hospital contracts.
