Project Managers need to balance several competing variables to deliver a successful project. Please respond to the following, prompt.

Schedule, Scope, Budget, and Quality are all important. Please describe a situation (or type or project) where one of these items would be MORE important than the others, Why would the item selected be more important? What impact would focusing on that one have on the others? Could a project be successful if it delivered on the most important constraint but missed the others? Would it matter how much it missed on the others? Who determines what to optimize for and if a project is successful?
