I need a letter asking the collage to accept my late withdrawals for 2 subjects:

Do to these reasons happened after the withdrawal date :

-I became sick

-I take pills to regulate my hormones that affected their personality

-my grandmother lives two hours away and she was sick that I have to go back and forth to visit her.

if the grades were posted I will loose my scholarship
