Identify and describe a program created in the past three years and evaluate it using the following prompts. This may be a national program, a local program or one created by an organization familiar to you.

• Discuss the political and cultural biases that may have been considered and describe how they relate to your reading.
• Formulate suggestions to minimize political and cultural biases related to this program.
