Currently writing a paper on burnout in the US Navy’s recruiting system. I need a literature review on burnout. In the literature review I will need information about the organization (US Navy recruiting), what is burnout overall, industry analysis and trends. Prepare 3-5 page paper summarizing the major industry issues and trends discovered in your review of the literature. I will also need at least 10-15 academic references.
